Warranty Terms

Consumables (cleaning rolls, stencil blanks)

Defective consumables can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided the packaging is unopened or the defect is documented (photo of the issue + lot number).

Hardware (FPS plates, laser-cut stencils)

Hardware sold via Centrix SMT comes with the original manufacturer's warranty (Grif-tools Kft for FPS; Centrix SMT for laser-cut stencils). We handle the return-and-replace logistics on your behalf when in scope.

Grid-Lok™ repair

Every Grid-Lok™ repair includes a 30-day functional warranty from the date you receive the repaired module. If the module fails inside the window for a reason related to our work, reopen the original ticket and we cover the re-repair. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, or unauthorised modifications after delivery.

How to claim

Email sales@centrix-smt.com with your order number / repair reference, a short description, and any photos. We respond within one business day.
