1. Who we are

Centrix SMT SRL, established in Timișoara, Romania, sells SMT consumables and repairs Grid-Lok™ modules for industrial customers across the European Union.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: company name, contact name, email, phone, VAT, country.
• Quote & order data: products enquired about and delivery details you provide.
• Form submissions: name, email, message body, regarding category.
• Usage data: pages visited, IP address (in webserver logs, kept 30 days).

3. Why we collect it

To process orders and quotes, to communicate with you about your business with us, and to comply with Romanian/EU tax and customs records-keeping requirements.

4. Who we share it with

• Our e-mail delivery provider, Brevo — the service that sends our contact-form and order e-mails — under their privacy policy.
• Couriers we use to ship orders.
• Tax authorities when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Order records: 10 years (Romanian tax law). Account data: until you ask us to delete it. Contact form submissions: 18 months.

6. Your rights under GDPR

You can ask us at any time to: see what data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; or stop processing it. Email sales@centrix-smt.com to make a request; we will respond within 30 days.
