Terms of Service

1. Who we are

2. Products and services

We sell SMT consumables (cleaning rolls, stencil blanks) and represent partner products (FPS plates, laser-cut stencils). We repair Grid-Lok™ modules at a fixed price per module type: Grid-Lok™ Gold €279, Grid-Lok™ Silver €229.

3. Pricing and payment

Listed prices are in EUR and exclude VAT and shipping unless otherwise agreed. Orders and quote-based services are invoiced on approval; payment terms net 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping

We ship from Timișoara to addresses in the European Union. Lead times vary by SKU (see product page). Risk of loss passes to you at handover to the courier; please inspect packaging at delivery and flag damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns

Defective stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Custom items (laser-cut stencils, custom blanks, repaired modules) are non-returnable except where the work doesn't meet the agreed spec.

6. Limitation of liability

We are liable for direct damages up to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (production stoppages, missed deadlines, lost profit).

7. Governing law

Romanian law. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Timișoara.
